At Laxmi Steel, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We request you to send us an unboxing video showing the damaged product. This is mandatory to initiate the return process.
Exchange
Once we verify the damage from the unboxing video, we will initiate the exchange process. Please note that we only exchange products if they are received in a damaged condition.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds. We will exchange the product if it is received in a damaged condition (as per the Return Policy).
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
